Join us in cheering on our own Ironman, Dr. Berke, as he competes in his third triathelon in Lake Placid this summer. Dr. Berke has been training for nearly a year, recently biking a mere 70 miles through county hills and roadways. More than 2600 men and women from around the world are entered in the sold out competition, a dozen from WNY. The race includes a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike race, and a 26.2 mile run.
