Please call us as soon as you know you won't be able to make your appointment. Calling the day before will help us make that appointment available to someone who may need urgent or sick care.
If you do not show up for your first appointment, and you do not call to cancel, you will receive a written notice reminding you of our "No Show" Policy. If you do not show up for a second appointment within a three (3) month period, you will receive a bill for $25, and another reminder. If you miss a third appointment within a three (3) month period without calling to cancel, you may be terminated from the practice.
