• Our on-call provider can be reached by dialing our main office telephone number, 716-753-7107. You will be instructed to leave a voice mail message. The provider will be paged immediately, and quickly return your call.
     
   
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency or you believe you are experiencing a life threatening situation, call 911 immediately, or go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital.
     
   
• If your urgent medical need is not life threatening, and it is during normal business hours, please call the office at 716-753-7107 in Mayville or 716-665-7007 in Jamestown. We will help you determine the best plan of care.
