Your monthly medication can be refilled online or by calling our triage nurse.

   
• We encourage you to monitor your routine, monthly medications. If you need to request a renewal, for faster service, contact our office 1-2 days ahead. You can request a refill using our new on line request feature at the top of this page. You may also call to speak with our triage nurse at 716-753-7107 during normal business hours.
     
   
• Please have the name of your medication, the dose you are taking, and the name and location of your pharmacy ready to give the nurse or to request a refill on line.
     
   
• Request for renewal for narcotic medications may not be made on line. Patients receiving these medicines for pain are enrolled in our Pain Management program. The Pain Management nurse will assist patients with monitoring and refilling their medications. Renewal prescriptions may be picked up in the office by presenting photo identification.
