Dr. Robert Berke and the staff at Family Health Medical Services have cared for neighbors and friends across Chautauqua County since 1982. Our Family Medicine practice offers compassionate and attentive primary medical care, creating a medical home for the whole family.

In a family-oriented environment, we work in partnership with our patients to promote and protect good health. Along with our patients, we explore a variety of approaches to treatment. Patients receive health and disease related education in individual visits with our nurse educator. Preventive health services are offered to every patient, at every stage of wellness, while respecting our patient's individual beliefs and differences.

Our services include annual and periodic preventive health services, routine well child and adult care, prompt sick and emergency care, prenatal care and newborn services, employment and education physicals, pain management, chronic disease management and support, and nursing home care.

Dr. Robert Berke and Dr. Alexander Selioutski lead the primary care team of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nursing and medical technology staff, and a broad team of supporting staff including registration, medical records, patient accounts, and practice managers.
